Where’s My Product?
All orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipment within 4-8 business days after purchase. Each item is custom-made to order, so please be patient with us as we strive to deliver high-quality work.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to many countries worldwide, but some destinations are restricted due to legal or carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change due to world events, but currently, we don’t ship to the following locations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note that the ongoing conflict in Ukraine limits our shipping options to that region. We are currently only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities to Ukraine.
Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where international shipping is temporarily unavailable due to circumstances like natural disasters or other service disruptions.
All prices, including products and shipping costs, are calculated in US dollars.
Will I Receive My Order in One Shipment?
Not always. Orders may be split into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product Packaging: Some items are individually packaged to protect their shape, provide extra cushioning, and ensure durability. Products like snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, backpacks, and stickers are usually shipped separately.
Fulfillment Location: Our products are fulfilled in multiple locations (e.g., USA, Europe). If your order contains items from different fulfillment centers, they will be shipped separately.
Multiple shipments may result in higher shipping costs than a single shipment. You can see the final shipping costs at order checkout.
*Note: Shipping costs for certain product categories assume they are always shipped separately. Occasionally, some items may be shipped together with others, but they will still incur the shipping fee as a single product.
What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
xXtra Butta’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order might be delivered to you. The EDT is calculated by combining the estimated fulfillment and shipping times:
Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time
Our average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for all products. The estimated shipping time is based on our historical shipping data for deliveries to your region.
Please remember that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate and not a guarantee. You might receive your order past the EDT for reasons such as:
- Issues with design files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions
We do our best to meet our delivery estimates, but please keep in mind that we are not Amazon. Same-day deliveries are not available at this time. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days.

Returns & Refunds
Can I Return My Order?
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover the cost.
Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Will I Be Refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
