Just a heads up, “X” is this horror flick from ’79 where a bunch of folks decide to shoot a naughty movie in a super out-of-the-way farmhouse. But here’s the twist – they end up being hunted by the old couple who owns the place! It’s super gory and not shy about it, but also kinda hilarious, smart, and hits the mark in a cool way. It dives into stuff like sex, holding back, and getting older in ways you wouldn’t expect. Expect to see a fair bit of skin – boobs, butts, and even a glimpse of a guy’s junk – plus a scene with a lady skinny-dipping from far off, and a bunch of steamy scenes with all the heavy breathing and moving you’d imagine. The violence is over the top, with blood everywhere (like, a LOT of it), nasty murder scenes, ripped up flesh, busted bones, eye stabbings, and more. There’s also some gun action. The language is pretty raw, with plenty of F-bombs, and other choice words thrown around. One of the main characters does coke like it’s no big deal, and there’s a bit of casual drinking and smoking too.
